Dragonball Future Shock takes place in Mirai Trunks's present timeline, where majority of the Earth lies in complete ruins and ninety percent of the world's population has been exterminated. It picks up seven years after Trunks returned from his excursions in the past, where both Juhachigou and Junanagou are dead, including Cell.
Trunks must now move on with the rest of his life and lend a helping hand to the people of the world. Along the way, he meets people he hasn't seen in many years, along with a few new faces. Training continues, secrets are revealed and danger looms over the distant horizion. Now it is Trunks's turn to become the teacher and mentor to a new group of young, willing students who are eager to learn, and to lead his new group of friends to the frontlines in the defense of the Earth. |
